Terms and Conditions

In this document the words “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Connect Outsourcing LLC (“Connect”) and any of its affiliates, agents, service providers, or assignees. The words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual identified on the application that you have submitted to Connect and any of its affiliates (the “Request”).

You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and certify that everything you have stated is true and correct.

You give Connect permission to gather personal information as needed, for any lawful purpose, in connection with the transaction suggested by this application or any future update, renewal, or extension of that transaction. You give us permission to examine your personal and job background, as well as to respond to any inquiries people may have regarding your account with us. You accept that we may share nonpublic personal information about you with nonaffiliated institutions or other parties and that we are not liable for any services offered by these institutions or third parties. You realize that your consent to share your personal information will be in force until you revoke or amend it. You have the right to revoke your consent to share your information at any time.

To ensure the quality of service, you accept that your telephone communications with us or your account may be monitored and/or recorded. You expressly agree to receive calls and text messages from Connect Outsourcing (and its affiliates, agents, assigns, and service providers) at any telephone number associated with your account that you provide to us now or in the future, including cellular phones, wireless telephone numbers, or other wireless devices, whether or not you incur charges as a result. Additionally, you expressly consent and agree to Connect (and its affiliates, agents, assigns, and service providers) contacting you via any telephone dialing system, sending text messages or e-mails to any e-mail address you provide now or in the future, using manual calling methods, pre-recorded/artificial voice messages, and/or use of an automatic dialing device or system, as applicable. You accept that you can only cancel your authorization in writing to Connect Outsourcing LLC at 12413 Asbury Dr. Fort Washington MD 20744 at customercare@connect-outsourcing.com. You agree that we may send you disclosures or other messages via e-mail at the address you have provided.
